My consulting services for you begin when you have selected a few homes that you may be interested in. Of those homes you will have questions.
-What is the neighborhood like?
-What do certain areas of the home look like? The yard, the bathrooms, etc. Whatever you want a picture of I will send to you.
-What are the schools like in the area, which schools are close and what is the general consensus for those schools?
-What are the closest daycare centers and what are their fees?
Any questions you have I will answer for you…..
I understand the difficulties of moving to another state especially if it is from across the country.
There is a $150 retainer for my services, max 4 homes. Once you have selected a home to buy, I will do your complete inspection at a 15% discount off my regular rate. |
