My Promise to You:
Choosing the best home inspector can be a confusing and hard decision. To know a person's commitment to you and to the profession, I think it is important to understand why they chose it.

Once I am done with the physical inspection and discuss any major issues with you,I take the time to fine tune the report. This is important so that you know and understand the condition of your home. When you receive the completed report you will know the condition of the home from the grounds to the ridge of the roof. Also, you will receive a home maintenance manual to make it easy for you to keep your home in good condition. This is a big investment and worth taking seriously. I take it seriously.
